Although I am not Polish, but since we had this TV series on show in Hungary so I can tell you some info about the story.
The title is "The 4 tanker and the dog"
All 4 crewman had different skills, and the dog was a really skillful one.
In every chapter, they meet different challenges and they solved it with luck or fun.
Generally it was a good and funny TV series.
Except, that one of the main (and good) characters was killed just before the end of the war.
