Hello all,

As we ring out the old year, I've looked back and noted that I've had 22 posts to this blog in 2024, and that makes for a satisfyingly productive year of posting.  I think the main accomplishment this year was thoroughly covering the PASGT helmet over the course of three posts.  I also got a nice video made exploring German helmets of WWI.  I'm happy with this years attempts at providing readers with some small amount of information.

I look forward to the coming year and lots more interesting and fun helmet talk.

Best wishes for very happy holidays, and I'll see you in 2025.

 "Hey..." said the engineer, "Here's an interesting idea, let's develop a helmet that protects less of the brain."
